Glass fiber filter cloth is an ideal fabric for high-temperature bag filter bags for various applications. Due to the excellent properties of glass fiber, glass fiber filter cloth has the advantages of high-temperature resistance, high tensile strength, acid and alkali resistance, and high-temperature resistance. It has the characteristics of alkali resistance, oxygen resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life. Fiberglass filter cloth is the best solution for environments with operating temperatures ranging from 150°C (300°F) to 260°C (500°F).
Features:
High-temperature resistance, glass fiber filter material has a good heat resistance and can be used at high temperatures of 260-280 ℃. This not only saves the cost of flue gas cooling of the dust collector but also reduces the risk of condensation.
Fiberglass fabric does not shrink when the operating temperature is below 280°C, and it has better dimensional stability than organic synthetic fibers.
